A very Danish plate!

Look what I found in my local thriftstore today! I am double posting this one here and on Normann Copenhagens blog, wich is a bit lazy of me I know, but if you want to read the post it's here!



The plate is by danish artist Bjørn Wiinblad and you can read more about him here!

Can you tell us more about the plate? I have a storage jar whith a lid in the same material and with the same kind of decoration, in white and blue instead of black like yours. I've always wondered if mine was one of a serie or something... I lived in DK 6 years, where I got it, but never found out anymore.

I think the decor was also made in red and blue.
