I don't know if you saw the Oprah show in the fall, where she visited Copenhagen and "a typical danish home." (If you haven't seen it look here) Well, let's just say that that house was not very typical for a danish family, there are a few wealthy people who lives like that, but the majority of the Copenhageners have places like this one below. That includes me and my boyfriend, although ours is even smaller! Thank you to the girl who posted this on youtube!

i couldn't believe it when i saw that oprah clip. i'm not sure if that is how the danes would like to be seen or just what the american imagine they are like. in either case, not really the reality!

Elaina - I'm not sure either. I realize that it's hard to give a fair picture of a whole country in just a few minutes. I just know that alot of Danes thought that the Oprah clip was just a bit over the top and didn't really recognize themselves in it.
